Himalaya Homes was established in 1979 by Zak Parpia. Originally from Bombay, India, Zak took his knowledge and sheer love of construction and started up the company in Spokane, Washington.  Over time he expanded the business into the Puget Sound area with the focus of bringing affordable homes into the community for the first-time home buyer.  Himalaya Homes and the family of companies has experience and expertise in the fields of home building, property management, land acquisitions and real estate investing.
